Our class had a great, but short week and began our unit on Plants & Animals. The book for this unit is a variation on, The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle. This week was also Kiwi's birthday. Happy Birthday, Kiwi! Here are some highlights for the week:
- Our class practiced our counting and learned to plant an herb garden in egg cartons!

- Our class made goop and played with food coloring, paint brushes, and spatulas in the sensory bin

- Our class is learning about the basic parts of flowers, and the different colors flowers can come in. We made our own sunflowers to decorate the class bulletin board.

- Our class also played in the Nursery pool for the first time and loved it!
